I've used Windows from 95 to Windows 10, about 30 years. So, I tried the Mint Live and the wifi settings never changed. I tried Mint in Vbox on Windows 10 and everything just worked. But I do know where my problem lies, with the wifi. Now, I have no idea where to start, like what to post, like commands and such. The router is not in my room, it's in another room that I can't get to all the time. Honestly a little bit weary at times because I do know that Linux is a lot safer than windows but also if you put a command wrong, is likely to mess up your system. And I tried some commands that is said but no luck. I have a similar problem that this person had, viewtopic.php?f=53&t=204172&sid=ed99af7. I had windows 10 and wanted to go pure Linux Mint.
